Impossible chicken-pesto pie
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Cooked chicken;cut-up
- 1/2 c Bisquick
- 1 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c Pesto sauce
- 2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400~. In greased 9" pie plate sprinkle chicken. In medium bowl stir baking mix milk eggs and pesto sauce with fork until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve. High altitude: Bake 35-40 minutes.
