Ketchup meat loaf

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 3/4 kg Lean minced beef
• 1 c Soft bread crumbs
• 1 Egg
• 1/3 c Tomato ketchup
• 1 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1/2 c Chopped onions
• 1/2 ts Oregano

Instructions:

Combine ingredients mix well bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Makes great sadwiches! Just slice when the loaf is cold. Recipe by my future mother in-law Joan MacNab.
