Butter cookies (press cookie)

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

5 1/2 c Flour sifted
1 lb Butter (Margarine)
3 ts Vanilla
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 ts Baking powder

Instructions:

Beat butter and add sugar until creamy add eggs vanilla baking powder and flour one cup at a time. Mix well.Fill cookie presser. Place on a greased cookie sheet or teflon pan and bake in a preheated oven at 400^ for 5-7minutes. From the files of Al Rice North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
