Chocolate nut torte
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs -- separated
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Nuts -- chopped
- 4 oz Bittersweet chocolate -- Grated
- 2 Apples -- peeled & grated
- 1/2 c Matzo meal
Instructions:
Beat yolds and sugar till light. Add nuts chocolate apples and matza meal. Beat whites till stiff and fold in. Pour into 9" spri ng form pan. Bake about 40 min. at 350F. Recipe By : My files
