West indian marinade
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 White Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper Seeded and --Finely Chopped
- 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper Seeded --and Finely Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 c Chicken Stock
- 1/2 c White Wine Vinegar Juice of One Lime
- 1 ts Sweet Paprika
- 1 ts Dried Oregano
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Coriander --Finely Chopped
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
