Tejleves (milk soup)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 c Milk whole
- 2 c Water
- 1 tb Sugar granulated
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Soup Noodles (recipe) Bring milk water sugar and salt to a boil. Put the prepared noodles into the soup and boil for 3-4 minutes. Variation: use little new potatoes instead of noodles.
