Reese's cookies
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Shortening or 3/4 cup -butter or margarine -softened
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Light Brown Sugar packed
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 c All-purpose flour unsifted
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1 c Peanut Butter Chips
- 6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Cream shortening or butter or margarine sugar brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beatwell. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture. Stir in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet; cool completely on wire rack.
