Ingredients:
- 3 c Rhubarb; cut bite-size
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 2/3 c Quick oatmeal
- 1/3 c Flour
- 3/4 c Brown sugar; packed
- 1/2 ts Nutmeg
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/4 c Margarine
Instructions:
Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine sugar oatmeal flour brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. MICROWAVE for 12 to 16 minutes on HIGH or until rhubarb is tender. About 6 servings. Source: Microwave Times Judy/NC PJXG05A
