Impossible chocolate cream pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 2 Eggs
• 1 c Milk
• 1/4 c Butter (1/2 stick) or marg.
• 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate -(2 sqares) melted & cooled
• 1 c Sugar
• 1 ts Vanilla extract
• 1/2 c Biscuit baking mix*

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute/ Pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 30 min. or until set. Cool completely before serving.
