Baker's chocolate chip cookies
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c (2 sticks) Softened butter or margarine
- 3/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c Granulated sugar
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Coarsely chopped nuts (opt)
- 1 pk (12 oz) Semi-Sweet Real
Instructions:
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Mix flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter sugars vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.
