Zucchini bars

Ingredients:
- 3 x EGGS
- 1 1/2 c SUGAR
- 1 c SALAD OIL
- 2 c GROUND ZUCCHINI (UNPEELED)
- 2 c FLOUR
- 1 ts SALT
- 2 ts BAKING SODA
- 1 ts CINNAMON
- 1/4 ts BAKING POWDER
Instructions:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL WELL BLENDED. PRESS EVENLY INTO A JELLY ROLL PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
