Zucchini bread #2
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 3 ts Cinnamon
- 2 c White flour
- 1 c Wheat flour
- 1 c Bran flakes
- 1/4 ts Baking powder
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 c Zucchini grated
- 1 c Nuts
- 2 ts Vanilla
Instructions:
Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Makes two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. It's really as simple as it looks! This will also make 3 medium size loafs.
