Weingelee (dessert wine jelly)
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 pk Unflavored gelatin
- 2 c Cold water
- 1 c Sugar
- 3 c Boiling white grape juice
- 1 c Medium dry white wine
Instructions:
Sweetened whipped cream Strawberries Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Stir in sugar and grape juice; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in wine. Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
