Wagon wheel vegetable salad
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pk Wagon-wheel shaped Pasta
- 2 c Brocoli florets
- 1 Stalk of celery thinly -Sliced
- 2 Green onions sliced
- 1/4 Cucumber sliced
- 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 ts Prepared mustard
- 1/2 ts Each of paprika and salt
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
cut -into Wedges Cook wagon wheels according to package directions adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In large bowl combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery green onions cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl combine mayonnaise sour cream garlic mustard paprika and salt; mix well.
