Vegetable baked fish
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Zucchini sliced
- 1 ea Green pepper sliced
- 1 ea Tomato sliced
- 1 ea Onion sliced
- 1 lb Fish fillet
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 tb Butter
- 1/8 ts Paprika
Instructions:
Place 1/2 of vegetables in baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables. Cover with remaining vegetables. Add water dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 deg for 20-25 minutes.
