Tennessee barbecue popcorn mix
Yield: 15 Cups -Sue
Ingredients:
- 12 c Popped corn
- 3 c Bite size shredded wheat -squares
- 3 tb Butter
- 1 ts Chili powder
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 ts Lemon pepper
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
- 1/4 ts Dried oregano
Instructions:
Combine popcorn and shredded wheat squares. Drizzle with melted butter; toss lightly to coat evenly. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over popcorn mixture. Stir well. Serve at once. Source: Theatre Popcorn Popper leaflet From: Suewoodward
