Teriyaki steak #2
Yield: 4 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 4 sm 3/4" thick NY strip steaks -OR 2-3 lb flank steak -trimmed and scored
- 1 1/4 c Light brown sugar
- 1 c Soy sauce
- 1 1/2" piece ginger peel -grate
- 1/2 cl Garlic crushed
- 1/8 ts Sesame oil
Instructions:
Beamreach Restaurant Kauai Hawaii Arrange steak in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingreds and blend well. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hrs or overnight turning occasionally. Broil or bbq to desired doneness. If using flank steak slice diagonally across grain before serving.
