Raspberry cordial
Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
Ingredients:
- 2 pt Ripe raspberries; picked -over
- 2 c Granulated sugar
- 1 qt Vodka
Instructions:
Place sugar in a 3 quart glass jar with a lid. Add the raspberries and vodka; stir and cover. Place in a dark cool place. Each week for about 2 months open the jar and stir the cordial. Strain the finished cordial through a very fine sieve into a decanter. Its color is vibrant. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Posted by Sarah Gruenwald 1/97
