Ram tough chili
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Beef chuck coarsely ground
- 1 tb Oil
- 1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 md Onion finely chopped
- 1 ts Garlic powder OR
- 5 Cloves Fresh garlic minced
- 1/4 c Chili powder
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 ts Ground cumin
- 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Brown meat in oil in a covered 2 quart pan. Add tomato sauce onion and garlic powder. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add water if too thick.
