Ramirez hot crab spread
Yield: 20 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 2 tb Milk
- 1 lb Fresh lump backfin crabmeat -cooked
- 1/4 c Worcestshire sauce
- 1/2 c Chopped scallions including -part of green tops
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Slivered almonds
Instructions:
Pepper to taste Beat cream cheese with milk in bowl till smooth. Add crab meat Worcestershire sauce green pepper scallions salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into small baking dish; top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with crackers and toasted bread rounds. Source: Great Recipes from Great Gardeners
