Radish and orange salad
Yield: 4 sweet ones
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Radishes; trimmed 1 tb Orange flower water;?
- 2 tb Sugar or sugar sub: Salt;
- 2 tb Lemon juice; 2 Navel oranges;
Instructions:
Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon. Food Exchanges per serving: 1 FRUIT EXCHANGE.
