Quick caramel frosting
Yield: 1 Batch
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar brown
- 1/4 c Milk
- 2 c Sugar
Instructions:
confectioners -sifted Melt the butter; add the brown sugar and cook over low heat two minutes stirring constantly. Add the milk and continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add confectioner's sugar until the frosting is of a spreading consistency.
