Nestle's toll house chocolate chip coolies

Yield: 7 Servings

Ingredients:

• 4 1/2 c Flour (all purpose)
• 1 1/2 c Sugar
• 2 ts Baking soda
• 1 1/2 c Brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 2 ts Salt
• 2 ts Vanill extract
• 1 c Butter (2 sticks softened)
• 1 c Shortening
• 4 Eggs
• 1 pk Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour baking soda and salt. In large bowl combine butter sugar brown sugar and vanilla extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min.. Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies.
