Jonathan apple crisp

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 8 md Jonathan apples peeled and -sliced
• 2 tb Lemon juice 1/3 C butter or -margarine
• 3/4 c Brown sugar packed 1/2 c -all purpose flour
• 1/2 c Quick rolled oats 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

-cinnamon Jonathan Apple Crisp ** Place peeled apples in lemon juice in 8" glass baking dish. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Microwave unovered 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender.
