Jane wyman's fruit parfait torte
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn Fruit cocktail; lge
- 3 tb Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c Sour cream
- 3/4 c Cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c Slivered almonds Drain fruit cocktail. Combine sour cream and brown sugar. In parfait glasses layer 1 tbl sweetened sour cream
- 2/3 tbl cookie crumbs
Instructions:
a sprinkle of almonds and 2 tbls fruit cocktail. Repeat twice. Top with spoonful sour cream and garnish of almonds.
