Japanese fruit pie
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ea Cube margarine melted cooled 1 c Sugar
- 2 ea Eggs beaten 1/2 ts Vinegar
- 1 ts Vanilla extract 1/2 c Chopped dates
- 1/2 c Coconut 1/2 c Chopped nuts
- 1 ea Unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
Combine margarine sugar eggs vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well. Stir in dates coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
