Herbal dessert sauce

Ingredients:
- 1/3 c Heavy cream
- 3/4 c Buttermilk
- 1 ts Grated lemon rind
- 1/4 ts Ground ginger
- 1/8 ts Ground cardamom
- 1/4 c Garam masala
Instructions:
allspice or Nutmeg 1. Whip the cream in a medium-sized chilled bowl until soft peaks form. 2. Mix remaining ingredints together in a small bowl and gently fold into the cream. The sauce should be the consistency of thick cream. for a thicker sauce use only 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
