Gelato di frutta (ice cream with fruit)

Yield: 1 Add

Ingredients:

2 c Fruit diced
1 c Sugar
1 qt Gelato alla vaniglia recipe

Instructions:

To add fruit to a basic vanilla ice cream mix fruit and sugar and let stand for two hours untill sugar has dissolved. Then place in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.
