Easy peach cobbler
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c I Can't Believe It's Butter Spread
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 4 c Peeled & sliced peaches OR Nectrines or apples
- 1 tb + 2/3 c. variety baking mix
- 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
- 2 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tb Milk
- 1. In 1 quart shallow casserole
Instructions:
combine peaches sugar 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon. 2. In medium bowl mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. 3. Cut in I Can't Believe It's Butter! until mixture is size of small peas. 4. Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. 5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. 6. Let stand 5 minutes. Source: I Can't Believe It's Butter Website.
