Easy peach cobbler

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1/4 c I Can't Believe It's Butter Spread
• 1/2 c Sugar
• 4 c Peeled & sliced peaches OR Nectrines or apples
• 1 tb + 2/3 c. variety baking mix
• 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
• 2 tb Firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 tb Milk
• 1. In 1 quart shallow casserole

Instructions:

combine peaches sugar 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon. 2. In medium bowl mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. 3. Cut in I Can't Believe It's Butter! until mixture is size of small peas. 4. Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. 5.
