Easy corn pudding (m_c-tx)
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Unsalted butter melted
- 8 1/2 oz Box cornbread mix
- 1 lb Can corn kernals drained
- 1 lb Can cream style corn
- 1 c Sour cream
Instructions:
Brush 3 quart shallow baking dish with some melted butter. Mix cornbread mix corn kernals creamed corn sour cream and butter with spoon until well blended. Place in prepared buttered dish. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
