Kapusniak ze swiezej kapusty (cabbage soup)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb Pork lean; cut into small -pieces
- 1 tb Butter unsalted
- 1 cn Beef broth (10 1/2 oz)
- 1 cn Soup tomato
- 2 Soup can of water
- 4 c Cabbage; shredded
- 1/2 c Onion; chopped
- 2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Paprika
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tb Sherry
Instructions:
