Nectarine ginger chutney
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb Fresh ginger -- peeled and Minced
- 6 c Granulated sugar
- 3 c Cider vinegar
- 6 Cloves garlic -- peeled and Mashed
- 8 lb Nectarines (about 24 medium) Pitted and cubed
- 2 md Onions -- chopped
- 1 1/2 c Lemon juice
- 1 c Golden raisins
- 1 c Raisins Cover ginger with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil turn down heat and simmer until tender

Instructions:
