Navy bean mushroom saute
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Mushrooms; sliced
- 3 oz Onions; sliced
- 2 tb Safflower oil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
- 1/2 ts Fresh parsley; chopped
- 3 oz Navy beans; cooked
- 3 oz Amaranth; cooked
Instructions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are translucent. Add salt garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and amaranth. Mix well and serve warm. From DEEANNE's recipe files
