Impossible lemon pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 c Milk
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Lemon juice
1 tb Lemon rind freshly grated
1/2 c Bisquick
4 Eggs
1/4 c Butter

Instructions:

Process all ingredients together for 2-3 min. Pour the mixture into a buttered pie plate. Bake at 350 deg F for 40-45 min. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of sugar over the baked pie and broil until browned. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
