Impossible coconut pie #2
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Stick margarine -- softened
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 c Milk
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 3/4 ts Baking powder
- 1 c Coconut (reserve 1/2 cup) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to
