Banana cream cheese pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c Vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 6 tb Butter melted
• 16 oz Cream cheese softened
• 1 c Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 c Bananas

Instructions:

mashed Banana sliced Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar mixing well after each addition. Add the eggs one at a time beating after each. Stir in the mashed bananas. Pour filling into a cooled pie shell and place sliced banana on top. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
