Apple pie (rice)

Ingredients:
- 1 c Sugar.
- 2 tb All-purpose flour.
- 1 ts Cinnamon.
- 1/8 ts Nutmeg.
- 1/8 ts Salt. -Juice of 1 lemon.
- 7 md Tart cooking
Instructions:
-apples pared cored and -thinly sliced. 3 tb Butter or margarine. -Kitchenaid pie pastry for -double crust 9-inch pie. INSTRUCTIONS:Combine sugar flour cinnamon nutmeg lemon juice and salt;mix with apples. Divide pastry in half.Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and line a 9-inchpie plate.Fill with apple mixture and dot with butter.Roll outremaining crust and place on pie.Cut slits for steam to escapeand seal edges.Sprinkle with sugar lightly.
