Watkin wynne pudding(welsh)

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Breadcrumbs
- 4 oz Chopped suet
- 2 oz Sugar
- 4 oz Currants
- 1 oz Peel
- 1 Egg
- 4 pt Milk
Instructions:
(PWDIN WATCYN WYNNE) Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to the milk. Bind the pudding together with the liquid. Cover and boil for 3 hours. Serve with Madeira Sauce
