Mrs. whitney's recipe for rice pudding
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Rice
- 3 qt Milk
- 8 Eggs
- 4 oz Butter
- 6 oz Sugar Few bitter almonds Some saffron Ome pound of rice
- 3 quarts milk
- 8 eggs
- 4 oz. butter
- 6 oz. sugar
Instructions:
a few bitter almonds and some saffron. Boil the rice in the milk 'till a little soft then add the butter & sugar and stir 'till well mixed. When cold add the other ingredients and bake it.
