Mr. food's pasta green salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Cooked rotini pasta - cooled
- 16 oz Shredded Swiss cheese
- 10 oz Frozen cut green beans - thawed and drained
- 20 oz Frozen green peas - thawed and drained
- 1 c Green bell pepper strips - cut in half
- 1 c Chopped cucumber
- 1/2 c Sliced scallions MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c Plain yogurt
- 3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ts Dried dillweed
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
Instructions:

Cover and chill until ready to use. Just before serving in a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients.
