Cranberry pudding
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Sifted flour
- 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/3 c Brown sugar
- 1/2 c Bread crumbs
- 2/3 c Finely chopped suet
- 1 c Chopped cranberries
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 c Milk
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into greased mold cover with waxed paper and steam 2 hours.
