Tabasco seared pepper steak

Ingredients:
- 1/3 ts Tabasco(R) sauce
- 8 oz Filet or Strip steak
Instructions:
Cracked black pepper Place a Filet Mignon or New York Strip steak on the cutting board.Briskly rub about 1/3 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce on EACH side of steak.Sprinkle liberally with coarse cracked black pepper and pat the pepper into the steak. Grill over a hot fire searing the steak quickly on both sides before cooking it slowly over the corner of the grill.Serve steak medium to medium rare.
