Maine potato donuts
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 3/4 c cold mashed potato
- 3 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 c melted shortening
- 1 ts vanilla
- 4 ts baking powder
- 3/4 ts ginger
Instructions:
