Fiesta taco salad
Yield: 6 Servings -
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1/2 c Taco sauce
- 6 c Torn lettuce
- 1 md Green bell pepper; cut into - strips
- 2 md Tomatoes; cut into wedges
- 1/2 c Pitted ripe olives; drained
- 1 c Corn chips
- 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded - (4 oz)
- 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing; if
Instructions:
- desired Cook ground beef over medium heat stirring occasionally until brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Toss lettuce bell pepper tomatoes olives and corn chips in large bowl. Spoon heat beef mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with dressing.
