West indies salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 3 tb Chopped onion Salt and pepper
- 4 oz Olive oil
- 4 oz Vinegar
- 4 oz Ice water
Instructions:
Put onions in bowl add meat salt and pepper. Then oil vinegar and ice water in that order let set at least 1 hour before serving.
