Raisin cranberry relish
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lg Tart Cooking Apple -Coarsely Chopped
- 8 oz Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 c Seedless Golden Raisins
- 2 tb Chopped Dried Apricots
- 1 md Lemon Grated Peel and -Juice
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. The Sun Maid Cookbook
