Impossible chicken taco pie
Yield: 7 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 2 tb Taco seasoning mix
- 1 c Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400~. In a medium bowl mix chicken onion and seasoning mix. Arrange in a greased 9" pie plate. in a medium bowl whisk together baking mix milk and eggs until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until melted. Serve with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
