Fast meat loaf patties
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Ground beef 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Catsup 1/2 ts Celery salt
- 1/2 c Diced onions 1/2 ts Garlic salt
- 1/2 c Oat meal 1 Dash salt & pepper
- 1/2 c Milk
Instructions:
Mix into patties of desired size (at least 1/2 inch thick). Place to short strips of bacon on top and bake @ 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
