Warm tuna-pasta salad
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Water
- 16 oz Frozen broccoli
Instructions:
-- (1 Package) Rotini pasta peas and red Peppers With Parmesan cheese Seasoning 1/3 c Nonfat sour cream Alternative 6 1/2 oz 60%-less-salt tuna in water (1 can) drained Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover reduce heat to medium-high and cook 6 minutes stirring once. Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to broccoli mixture and toss well.
