Berry-glazed lamb chops
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Berry jam or jelly
- 2 1/2 tb Mustard prepared coarse
- 8 Lamb rib chops
Instructions:
Combine jam and 2 1/2 tablespoons mustard in small bowl. Taste and add more mustard if desired. Place lamb chops on broiler rack. Brush lightly with glaze. Broil until browned about 5 minutes. Turn and brush other side with glaze. Broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately passing remaining glaze separately. Serves 4. Originally From: N9662 U1 (Steven) Date: 07-19-93
